Yacht Consultancy can assist with the construction of a brief, or full specification for the client in conjunction with the designer to ensure the vessel achieves the required goals.

Consideration will be given to the appearance, accommodation requirements, interior layout and functionality, machinery, technical requirements, quality of equipment, Safety, Classification and Flag state requirements.

At Yacht Consultancy we recommend full specifications for both new build and refit projects.

Contracts can be reviewed and in conjunction with the clients legal advisers an appropriate contract prepared to ensure a satisfactory result for all the parties involved.

If required, we at Yacht Consultancy can recommend legal advisers to assist clients with their build or refit contract.
